Ted's Timber Lodge Resort

Located on the south shore of beautiful Lake Holcombe, in northern Wisconsin, Ted's Timberlodge, formerly Larry's South Shore Resort, is now open all year long. Come by car, boat or snowmobile, any time of year.

Newly constructed Ted's now offers for your refreshment and recreation, a bar, full menu, and video games.

Enjoy your meal on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake.

Now open year round all cottages are on the waterfront, almost at water level and well spaced to insure privacy. Two and three bedroom cottages are air conditioned and fully equipped with microwave, tv, coffee pot and bedding . Private docks are provided with each cabin. Bar-B-Que grills and picnic tables are located near all units for easy outdoor cooking. Playground equipment is available for the children. We furnish all bedding linens and blankets, however we do not furnish towels. Cribs are available (linens not furnished). Weeks begin and end on Saturdays. We allow small pets but ask that you clear them with us in advance.

An unexcelled variety of fishing for Musky, Walleye, Northern-Pike, Bass, Cattish, and Panfish, provide a challenge for the expert and fun for the youngster or beginner. Our fish cleaning house, screened and equipped with running water as well as electricity is busy most of the time. Additional boats and motors for rent. One life preserver for each person in a boat is required by state law. These may be rented at a nominal charge. Live bait is available at all times. Trout streams are nearby.

Nashville's Sweetheart Amber Rose is kicking off her 2012 tour on Thursday Jan 26th at Northwoods Restaurant and Bar in St. John In. with her second stop at Ted's Timber Lodge in Holcombe WI, where she will be releasing her brand new CD Ridin Shotgun.
This is Ambers first of many visits to the Holcombe area. Ambers amazing voice and stage presence will keep the crowd jumping all night long.
